HARYANA

1)SULTANPUR NATIONAL PARK 

Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary is a very popular national park of India. 
Located in Sultanpur village, Farukh nagar, Gurugram district in Haryana state. Sultanpur village is located 40 km from Dhaula Kuan in Delhi and 15 km from Gurugram city on the Gurugram – Jhajjar highway. This bird sanctuary, ideal for birding and bird lookers, is best visited in winters when many migratory birds come here.

2)KURUSHETRA 

Kurukshetra is described as DHARAMKSHETRA i.e. 'Region of righteousness'. Kurukshetra is a place of great historical and religious importance, revered all over the country for its sacred association with the Vedas and the Vedic Culture. It was here that the battle of Mahabharat was fought and Lord Krishna preached His Philosophy of 'KARMA' as enshrined in the Holy Bhagwad-Gita, to Arjuna at Jyotisar. According to Hindu mythology, Kurukshetra is spread over, a circuit of about 48 KOS, which includes a large number of holy places, temples and sacred tanks connected with the religious events/rituals, Mahabharat War and Kurus, the ancestor of Kauravas and Pandavs. Kurukshetra is intimately related to the Aryan civilization and its growth all along the sacred river Saraswati.

MANIPUR

1)KANGLA FORT 

Being one of the most important historic and archaeological site, the Kangla Fort is located in the heart of the capital city of Manipur- Imphal. The Kangla Fort is constructed in such a way and the stories associated with it depicts the rich history and speaks proudly of its culture and traditions. Also, the fort is a symbol of the state's glory which was improvised and beautified by several successive kings. Today the Kangla Fort is a major tourist attraction in Imphal which is visited by the travellers coming from across the globe. The fort is considered to be the best for the history buffs and art lovers as the Kangla Fort holds immense historical, religious and archaeological importance.

2)LOKTAL LAKE 

For any visitor, the principal attraction of the state is the Loktak Lake in Bishnupur District which is 48kms from Imphal City and it is the largest fresh water lake in the North–East India. It is a beautiful stretch of water resembling a miniature inland sea. A day spent at Loktak Lake is a lifetime of memory. Visitors can catch a bird’s eye view of the lake from Sendra. Fishermen living in floating islands called Phumdis in floating huts known as Phumsangs are unique sights of this lake. The Sendra Tourist Home with an attached Cafeteria is a sought after tourist spot. Boating and other water sports are organised here at Takmu Water Sports Complex.
